Folsom Family Expo

Folsom, Calif.- – Style Media Group, publishers of The Style magazines, the area’s #1 local print publications, in association with Mercy, is hosting the family event of the year… the fifth annual Folsom Family Expo and Wellness Festival 2010! This exciting event will be held at the Folsom Community Center at 52 Natoma St. on Saturday, October 2,2010.

On Saturday, October 2, the doors to the Folsom Family Expo and Wellness Festival will open at 10 a.m. and close at 4 p.m. Countless activities and attractions will be featured throughout the day. Visitors will enjoy bounce houses, face painting, games, fitness classes, health screenings, wellness activities, free photo booth photos from 2-4 p.m. courtesy of Encore Photo Booths and much more. Attendees will also receive free admission to the Folsom Zoo for the day courtesy of Folsom Lake Honda!

Plus, Mercy will be hosting their annual Health and Wellness Festival at the Folsom Family Expo. Thousands are expected to join the party!

A percentage of the proceeds from this event will go to Play For All, a fundraising initiative spearheaded by Style Media Group, in association with the Rotary Club of Historic Folsom and the City of Folsom, to build the first universally accessible playground in Folsom. In association with Shane’s Inspiration, this playground will allow all of our community’s children – disabled and able-bodied alike – to play together. This unique playground is supported by the Folsom Parks and Recreation department, the City of Folsom, the Historic Folsom Rotary Foundation, the Rotary Club of Historic Folsom and Style Media Group. With the help of the community, we will be able to build an interactive and educational playground where all children can play together…a jewel of the city!
