Rocklin, Calif.- On April 3, 2007, at about 12:10 AM, Rocklin Police Department officers responded to the parking lot of Taco Bell at 4340 Rocklin Rd. in response to a suspicious circumstance call: a man was sleeping in the driver’s seat of a vehicle and, according to the caller, he had been there for over 7 hours.

Rocklin Police Officer Luke Griffin located the subject, woke him, and discovered that he had an outstanding felony warrant out of Sacramento County.  Officers found .22 caliber and .45 caliber ammunition during a search of the vehicle.

Arrested was Velebit, Jason Girard, 30 yrs, Grass Valley, for a warrant, felon in possession of ammunition and for possession of a hypodermic syringe.
