At about 3:50 p.m. on February 24, the Roseville Police Department responded to a traffic collision in the 700 block of Sunrise Ave.    A southbound, 2000 Honda Accord was attempting to make a left turn into the Old Spaghetti Factory, and turned into the path of a 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, which was northbound on Sunrise Ave. 

There were four occupants in the Honda. Roseville Fire Department paramedics pronounced one of the passengers, Donald Everett Hoffman, 86, of Roseville, deceased at the scene.  The driver, an 87-year-old male from Roseville, was transported to Sutter Roseville Medical Center, where he was treated and released. The other two passengers in the Honda, an 83-year-old female from Roseville and an 88-year-old femle from Roseville,  were transported to Sutter Roseville Medical Center, where they are both currently listed in critical condition. 

The driver and sole occupant of the Chevrolet Tahoe, a 30-year-old male from Lincoln, was not injured.  

The Roseville Police Department Major Accident Investigation Team responded and is investigating the accident.
