Deceased Driver Identified in Harding Blvd. Accident

The deceased driver in yesterday’s traffic collision on Harding Boulevard near Douglas Boulevard has been identified as Della Ruth Daniels, 47, of Roseville.

At 5:08 a.m. Tuesday, September 30, Ms. Daniels was driving her 1998 Volvo four-door sedan southbound on Harding Boulevard at a high rate of speed.  Her vehicle left the roadway, knocking down a street light standard and then colliding with a tree. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The collision is being investigated by the Roseville Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team.
