Roseville, Calif.- Community 1st Bank (now First Foundation Bank) announced the addition of Richard Jacinto II, CFA and William Martin to the Bank’s Board of Directors.

Martin enjoyed more than four decades in the banking industry, holding numerous positions in commercial lending and management. Jacinto is the Founder and General Partner of several investment companies.

“We are honored to have both William Martin and Richard Jacinto join our Board of Directors,” said James J. Kim, President and Chief Executive Officer of Community 1st Bank. “Their combined knowledge and expertise, as well as their deep Sacramento roots, make them valuable additions to our Board. We look forward to relying on them in a number of leadership capacities, especially as we expand our presence in the Sacramento region.”

Martin was a founding President and CEO of Bank of Sacramento and elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2009. His career, which began in 1971 with Crocker National Bank, included various positions with major and community banks until his retirement in 2015.

Martin, who has a Masters in Finance from UCLA, currently serves on the advisory boards of the Salvation Army of Sacramento and the Sutter Hospital Foundation.

Jacinto was a Founder and General Partner in Pentagram Partners from 1996 through 2009. He resumed the position of General Partner in 2016. He was also Founder and General Partner of Atlas Capital Partners from 1996 through 2011.

Born and raised in Sacramento, Jacinto earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UC Berkeley.

Community 1st Bank is headquartered in Auburn, with branches in Roseville and Auburn. The Bank also has a Sacramento loan production facility and a new full-service Branch office opening this month in Sacramento.

Community 1st Bank offers a wide range of business and consumer deposit products, including remote deposit capture, health savings accounts, online banking, mobile banking and cash management services. The Bank also provides a full complement of loan products, including commercial, consumer, and real estate loans.
