Roseville, Calif.- Civic Theatre West, formerly Magic Circle Theatre, is reaching out to fellow nonprofit organizations with a new group ticket sales program. The announcement of the program is just one more way Civic West is meeting its renewed mission of serving as a magnet for diverse community involvement and encouraging lifelong participation in the arts.ย

Under the program, Northern California nonprofit groups can purchase blocks of tickets to main stage performances at Civic Theatre West at a significant discount. Then, the nonprofit organization can either sell the tickets at face value to raise funds, or offer the tickets as a complimentary promotional item to key partners.

ย “Reaching out to other community nonprofit organizations is just one way Civic Theatre West is living up to its renewed mission and vision of being an enduring nonprofit organization thatย  not only offers inspired theatre performances, but also giving back to the community,” said Calvin Stevens, president of Civic Theatre West’s volunteer board of directors. “In these challenging times, nonprofits of all kinds are in need of new and innovative ways to raise funds. Civic West is proud to offer this new program, and looks forward to announcing additional community engagement opportunities as part of our renewed pledge to community involvement.”

The tickets can be purchased by other 501(c)(3) nonprofits in blocks of 50 or 100 on select dates during the run of each show.ย
