Roseville, Calif.- The Roseville Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a man who robbed a Roseville bank this afternoon.

At 2:28 p.m. Thursday, January 10, a man went into Chase Bank, 1800 Douglas Boulevard, and gave a bank employee a note demanding money. He received an undisclosed amount of cash and left, getting into the back passenger seat of a faded silver older Toyota Camry sedan with two other people in the car.  Officers located  the Camry abandoned in a nearby residential neighborhood, and found that it had been stolen last night or this morning from the area of Florin Road and Stockton Boulevard in Sacramento.  It’s unknown what other vehicle the suspects might now be driving.

The robber was a male with a tan or olive complexion and dark hair, wearing a black beret, black rimmed eyeglasses, and a beige pea coat and scarf over a white button shirt and dark slacks.    No weapon was seen or used in the robbery.

The robbery is being investigated by the Roseville Police Department and the FBI.ย  If you recognize this robber or have any other information that might help, call Roseville Crime Stoppers at (916)783-STOP.

No matter how you submit a tip, you can remain anonymous and could get a cash reward from Roseville Crime Stoppers if the information you provide leads to an arrest.
