What is Improvisational theatre? It is often called improv, which is a form of theater where most or all of what is performed is created at the moment it is performed. No rehearsals, just suggestions from the audience. Similar to “Who’s Line is it Anyway” Blacktop Comedy will have you exercise your jaw from laughing so hard.
Join Blacktop Comedy for the Grand Opening January 24, 2015. For a $12 admission, experience hours of laughter and free popcorn. The fun family friendly show starts promptly at 7:00 p.m. The mature audience performance will start at 8:30 pm. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase.
Each week, Improv shows are on Friday and Saturday nights. On the last Friday of each month at 8:30 pm – shimmy and shake your way into your seat and watch the craze of belly dancing which are muses for the improv performances in Blacktop’s creation – Belly Laughs.
Betsaida LeBron and Artistic Director, Paul Burke co-founded Blacktop Comedy in 2011 and teach as well as perform with the cast. Several talented “Players” enthusiastically support Blacktop with their keen wit with surprising solutions to the audiences’ suggestions.
