‘Her knowledge of the City means she has the ability to make decisions that will benefit our residents both in the short and long term, and maintain the amazing quality of life they expect.ย  We’re very pleased to have her on board.’

“I appreciate the City Council’s confidence, and am proud to serve Roseville’s citizens,” McNay said.

She is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara (B.A., Political Science, 1982), the University of Santa Clara School of Law (J.D., 1985), and is a member of the bar associations for the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
