On October 25th at about 10:41 AM, the Rocklin Emergency Communications Center received several 9-1-1 calls of a vehicle fire near the intersection of West Oaks Blvd. & Lonetree Blvd.ย

Rocklin Fire & Police units responded to the scene. Once the fire was extinguished, a lone body was discovered in the driver’s seat. The body was badly burned beyond recognition, but is believed to be an adult male.  Rocklin Police are investigating the death as suspicious and it is on-going.

The SUV was found with no other vehicles around it, at the dead end of West Oaks Blvd. and there appeared to be no collision damage.
