Placer County, CA, – PEACE for Families (now Stand Up Placer) announces the hiring of Jennifer Davidson as the new Program Manager.ย  Ms. Davidson will manage agency domestic violence and sexual assault programming in Placer County. Her experience and expertise will assist PEACE in the continued development of comprehensive services for victims of domestic and sexual violence.

Ms. Davidson has worked in nonprofit and social services fields for over 13 years with at-risk youth, domestic and sexual violence victims and individuals dealing with homelessness and poverty.

“I am very excited to become a part of the PEACE for Families leadership team and look forward to serving the Placer County community,” states Ms. Davidson.

Jennifer Davidson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership from Simpson University and will complete her Masters in Business Administration with Drexel University in August. She serves on the Graduate Student Association Board and the Financial Management Association.

Dedicated to ending the legacy of abuse by providing survivors of domestic and sexual violence with services and resources and fostering communities where abuse is not tolerated. Stand Up Placer provides a 24-hour crisis line (800-575-5352), emergency domestic violence shelter, and service offices in Roseville and Auburn where victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and their families/significant others may receive therapy, legal advocacy, assistance and resources at no charge.
