Roseville, Calif. – USA Properties Fund Inc. will move into a new office building on June 28, doubling its existing space and allowing the affordable housing developer-manager to consolidate operations under one roof.
USA Properties, which has 89 affordable family and senior communities in California and Nevada, will move to 3200 Douglas Boulevard, a professional office complex about a block away from its current headquarters at 2440 Professional Drive in Roseville. The company had a second office on Professional Drive to accommodate its property management employees.
Now, USA Properties will combine the two offices into an approximately 22,000-square-foot headquarters, large enough to accommodate its 83 corporate employees in Roseville. USA Properties’ headquarters include its multifamily development, construction management, multifamily management and other operations.
“It’s a great location and excellent opportunity to have all of our corporate employees to work in the same office,” said USA Properties Fund President Geoff Brown.
J.B. Brown founded USA Properties in Santa Monica in 1981, before moving the company to Diamond Bar in 1987. He moved the corporate headquarters – and its seven employees – to Roseville in 1993.
Today, the company has 334 employees, from community managers to senior executives throughout California and Nevada.
