At 4:15 a.m. on Sunday, January 28, Roseville Police responded to a single-vehicle collision on Stanford Ranch Road at Fairway Drive. A Honda Civic was being driven southbound on Stanford Ranch Road at a high rate of speed when the driver apparently lost control of the car. The vehicle crashed into a shopping plaza monument sign.
The driver and only occupant of the vehicle, Ron Noah Gacad Rapatalo, 22, of Rocklin, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
Roseville Police Department’s Major Injury Accident Team is continuing to investigate the collision.
