24-hour Bike-A-Thon for Local Charity

Incline Village, Nevada – On Tuesday, May 7, 2019 the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino will host a 24 hour bike-a-thon called “Ride and Raise.” 18 riders will participate, riding stationary Peloton bikes located in the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe fitness center.

All funds raised for this event will be donated to Tahoe Family Solutions, a private, non-profit organization, providing low/no cost services to children and families living in North Lake Tahoe. Education, mental health, and youth development are the primary areas of Tahoe Family Solutions’ focus.

“We are excited to host this Ride & Raise to support Tahoe Family Solutions and the wellbeing of our community members,” said Michael Murphy, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino. “We’ve chosen this organization because of their focus on overall health and wellness for families in the area, something that our resort is very passionate about.”

The 24 hour event will begin at 4pm on Tuesday, May 7, and the final ride will finish at 4pm on Wednesday, May 8. Patrons are welcome to make a flat donation to or sponsor one of the 18 riders on a pledge per mile basis. Guests of the resort and locals are encouraged to stop by the fitness center during the event to cheer the riders on and meet the team from Tahoe Family Solutions.
