ROCKLIN – The 2013 Earth Day Celebration on the Rocklin Campus begins Tuesday April 23 through Friday, April 26.

Events are scheduled throughout the day Tuesday-Thursday. Friday will culminate with two back to back performances  that each feature California’s famous John Muir — a lecture by Muir’s great-great-grandson followed by a one-man stage performance by renowned actor Lee Stetson as John Muir.

Sierra College has celebrated Earth Day each year since its official world-wide inauguration in April of 1970; 43 years of celebrating our Mother Earth!
