3 Arrested After Man Shot in the Face

At approximately 1:55 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, Placer County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to 8645 N. Lake Blvd in Kings Beach regarding reports of a male shot in the face. 

Upon arrival it was discovered the victim was taken to a local hospital by a friend where he provided a statement to detectives claiming the shooting was accidental.  The victim, a 19- year-old male from Sacramento, was subsequently flown to Renown Hospital with a single gunshot wound to the face.  His medical condition is unknown at this time.   

Investigators at the scene located the alleged shooter, Brandon Lamont Fuller, who cooperated with detectives, stating the shooting was accidental.  During the course of the investigation two firearms were located away from the scene. 

Arrested as a result of the shooting and subsequent investigation were:

• Brandon Lamont Fuller, 19, of Kings Beach for negligent discharge of a firearm, an enhancement for great bodily injury, and conspiracy.(pictured bottom)
•  Aydan Ryker Hamilton, 19, of Kings Beach for evidence tampering and conspiracy.
•  Kyle Andrew Faulkner, 22, of Kings Beach for evidence tampering and conspiracy.
