Roseville, Calif. – April 5 at 12:30 p.m. The Roseville Fire Department responded to the 1100 block of Conroy Lane for reports of a fire inside an apartment unit.

Upon arrival to the scene the first Engine confirmed a working fire. The fire was confined to one room and the contents of a small apartment.

Crews were able to extinguish the flames within 10 minutes.  Fortunately the unit was unoccupied at the time; therefore no injuries were reported.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.

The two apartments on each side of the involved unit were blown out with a special fan used to remove smoke. After confirming the air was clean in each apartment, they were turned back over to the tenants. The apartment with fire damage was turned back over to management.
