Placer County Sheriff’s detectives arrested two Sacramento men Friday who were wanted for assaulting two people recently at a large party in Roseville.
Late at night on May 24, deputies were called to a report of a large fight and disturbance at the Placer County Fairgrounds. They found that two men, who were not invited to the quinceañera, had refused to leave and a fight broke out.
One of the suspects hit one party attendee in the head with a bottle and the other suspect stabbed another attendee several times. In all, four people were sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The two suspects had fled the area by the time deputies arrived.
After several days of intensive work, detectives identified the two men as Zenon Isidoro, Jr., 18 , and Marcos Rojas Diaz, 22, both of Sacramento County.
Last Friday, May 30, Placer County sheriff’s detectives, along with Sacramento County Sheriff’s Major Crimes Bureau, served arrest warrants at their homes and both men were arrested without incident. Both were charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Isidoro was booked at the Placer County Jail and Diaz was booked at the Sacramento County Jail.
