Rocklin, Calif. – Rocklin Police Department detectives arrested a man this afternoon for the flashing of three 15 year old girls on Tuesday, September 11, 2007, in the Stanford Ranch area of Rocklin.

Each of the girls was walking home alone from school in the Stanford Ranch area of Rocklin when a male driver in a white compact car drove up next to them. Two of the girls looked towards the car and saw that the driver genitals were exposed and that he was fondling himself. The other girl did not to see the driver exposed. Each of the girls provided similar vehicle and suspect descriptions.

On Wednesday afternoon Rocklin Police Department patrol officers concentrated their enforcement in the same areas where the Tuesday incidents occurred. An alert officer saw a car that matched the description and noted that the driver also matched the given description. The officer stopped the vehicle and began an investigation of the driver.

On Thursday afternoon an arrest warrant was signed by a Placer County Judge for the driver of the mentioned vehicle. Shortly thereafter officers arrested JAMES DEMETRIUS SINGH, 33 years, of Roseville.

SINGH was transported to the Placer County Jail where he was booked for indecent exposure, annoying a child, and lewd conduct in a public place. His bail was set for $50,000.
