Day 1 –  Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door 1989

To commemorate and celebrate the 50 year musical legacy of the Grateful Dead, an iconic American band and California favorite, we bring you “50 Days of the Dead”.

The final song played at Philadelphia’s iconic and aging JFK Stadium in the sweltering, humid heat of July 1989. The Dead had a magical way of capturing Bob Dylan songs like no other band. Here’s an incredible version of Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door.
