Rocklin, Calif. – Let the good times roll when the 13th Annual Rocklin Community Festival heads to Twin Oaks Park in Rocklin for this year.
Sponsored by the Kiwanis of Rocklin, this family-friendly, four day event includes carnival rides, arts and crafts, and so much more.
