Granite Bay, CA- As part of their ongoing series, local human resources solutions firm SilversHR will be hosting a workshop on July 25th,  “Managing Outside the Lines: Ethical Dilemmas.”

This real-world business workshop will take place in Sacramento from 9:00 AM – 12 noon. at 425 University Avenue, Suite 200 and will explore “stories from the front” that HR professionals and managers are challenged with in the art of managing people.

These are the tough and often ethical issues that can make or break an organization and its leaders. Learning is based on case studies utilizing an assessment tool to facilitate decision making with leaders.

This workshop is not about laws and regulations; we’ll examine organizational issues that are neither measurable nor written in a book of rights and wrongs. Our agenda assumes participants know a little bit of employment law and are ready to take on the gray area – much like every manager’s day.

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Identify the key elements of ethical decision-making in work settings
• Utilize a model to help one lead others in potentially explosive decisions
• Analyze and problem-solve several case studies, and recommend possible actions that an HR professional may take
